Selection Process of (AIC Recruitment)

Selection of the candidate will be based on two successive stages; one will be a written test, and the second will be an Interview test. The final selection of the candidate is based on the total marks from both exams.

The training period of the job will be for a period of 1 year. The trainee shall be eligible for the Administrative Officer (Scale I) post on completion of the training period and subject to satisfactory work performance, Interview/Interaction and/or any other criteria as may be decided by the Company. The candidate during the training period can be terminated immediately if the work performance is found to be unsatisfactory.
